It does feel and look the same to me. The style and layout is similar. The trade offers page is similar with all the links and info. Wasn't this intentional so it would make barter users feel like they were using an improved version of barter's?
Yes but I kept adding & removing from that base layout...
I mean I mostly kept the game entries (in offers) similar to Barter's because it's faster to spot those icons for BVG users, but... BVG doesn't have a forum, BVG's bundles don't use the same layout (they don't have much details on games, while I'm showing game tags to help users determine if they want a game), and... Well please don't make me list all the differences :P

I know it's not exactly the same layout but people notice it's similar to barter's. Maybe people get that feeling like it's an imitation. Like, why use a site that's like the original when the original works fine? Or maybe they're like me and don't need a third trading site to deal with.  I don't know. That's my take on it but I could be totally wrong.

I did notice LT's bundle info page was a lot better than bvg's. It has more info and is separated correctly by tiers which barter should have done.

Like I said, if barter had died I think everyone would have migrated to LT and been happy. But it didn't so now your site feels like a copy/redundant/unnecessary?

What if barter became your site?  Like transfer everything over and both of you could manage it? Traders wouldn't have to juggle another site and we'd all get to use the better layout. Would that be possible?
