New preorder: 'Sung' bundle, which contains the whole discography of this synthwave artist, "10 albums" as indicated by Groupees.
HOWEVER, if you look closely at their bandcamp page, it has 11 items (which of them isn't in the bundle?), and these 10 items actually include:
- 6 one-track albums (in the real world we call that a 'single', man!),
- 1 EP (i.e. short album) that takes the above mentioned single tracks and remixes them ("Rework"),
- 1 EP ("Auto Run") that's rebundled from Synthwave Bundle #9,
- 1 EP ("Collider") with new content,
- 1 EP ("Overizer") with new content, and 1 EP with the same Overizer content, but "remastered". (Isn't this reserved to old songs??)
Seriously, that's pretty bad for a $2 preorder. Past Synthwave Bundles have often been less than $2 in preorder, and they always had at least half a dozen "genuine" albums and a few EPs and singles (one of the bundles even had a bonus live streaming of a song.)
What do you think?
Apart from that, the Holiday Helpings bundle is out, and just my luck-- it's way less interesting than last year (where I'd missed the preorder and ended up not taking the bundle.)
Still, the "Momonga" Pinball game looks interesting, so I redeemed that.
"Xmas Shooting" is a must for anime fans who enjoy bullet hell games (I don't), Undertaker's I'll probably redeem, and 'Dead in Bermuda' is high profile but multi-bundled already. I don't know. I'd gladly trade all of those games for just a copy of last year's Bastard Bonds for instance...
