Add to library button missing

Logging back more than 2 years later I started updating the lists, but for some reason the button to add a game to my library disapeared after some time (it was working at first).

Forgive me if this isn't the right place.

It only appears if there's no way to get its ownership status from the Steam API.
So basically it's available for non-Steam games, as well as DLCs, and 'pending' games that have yet to be cleared.
